What if my dog is matted?

If your dog’s coat is matted we will discuss the various options with you once we see the condition of the coat. Grooming matted coats is time consuming and adds wear and tear to our equipment, therefore the cost of demoting a dogs coat is variable on an case by case basis. We always have the best interests of your dog in mind and we will only dematt a dog in a humane way which would not cause unnecessary suffering to your pet.
